Upturns

Who Are They?

Upturns are an Indie rock 4 piece from
Hertfordshire that blend live energy into
emotionally driven original songs. Formed in
January 2025, they are made up of members Isla
Brent (Rhythm Guitar and Vocals), Thomas Selby
(Lead Guitar), Leonardo Rason (Bass and backing
vocals) and Leila Archard (Drums). They take
inspiration from bands like, Catfish and The
Bottlemen, Keo and Fontaines D.C. With their debut
single “Drunken Nights, Upturns are taking the
Hertfordshire music scene by storm with their
constant gigging.
